This research is based on an analytical model designed to evaluate the institutional conditions that affect the development of teaching in Ibero-America. The case studies correspond to six universities in: Argentina, Spain, Mexico and Venezuela 2. Were identified the common challenges and the differentiated needs faced by the development, with quality, of university teaching. It was concluded that the context is a predominant variable that impacts the exercise of the teaching function and that this is the most important academic activity with an impact on the quality of higher education. Background and Aim: “Social norms” (SN)-interventions are aimed at changing existing misperceptions regarding peer substance use by providing feedback on actual norms, thereby affecting personal substance use. It is unknown whether SN-intervention effects previously demonstrated in US students can be replicated in German students.
